Shamika Klassen is currently a PhD student in Information Science at CU Boulder after having received her Masters in Divinity from Union Theological Seminary in the city of New York and studying African and African American Studies at Stanford University. She takes us on her educational journey, how she served with AmeriCorps, and why she started the Tech Chaplaincy Institute. Now an Associate Strength Coach for the Jacksonville Jaguars, Kevin has been busy since growing up in our small hometown of Southbury, Connecticut where he had a great support network through coaches, staff, and his family. One of very few African Americans in our area, Kevin shares his experience with the outlook that if you look for good, you will find the good.
