She founded ATX Womxn’s Sports to help increase awareness of women’s sports in the Austin, Texas area and started a new derby team, Violet Crown Roller Derby during the pandemic. David Richman is an author and his most recent book Cycle of Lives explores emotional journeys surrounding cancer and his own 5,000 mile bike ride across the United States. David has turned his life around from being a sedentary, overweight smoker to completing many athletic endurance feats. He hopes to be able to connect people through story and emotion.

She started transitioning during the pandemic and advocates for better trans and LGBTQ+ representation in theatre. In this episode she covers life in theatre as it is today, and various roles that show some representation and others which are problematic. Jessica Heims is a two-time Paralympic athlete for Team USA having competing in the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Paralympics and the 2020/2021 Tokyo Paralympics. At the age of one, Jessica got her first prosthetic, but followed her sister’s footsteps and got into track and field. She’s helped pave the way for other disabled athletes in D1 sports and is now a professional athlete.

They help parents of gender non-conforming people through the course the Gender Mindset Reset, which is being turned into a book. They have also worked on legislation in Illinois covering menstrual equity, sex education, and other inclusive pro-equality topics.

Vera is an American Sign Language interpreter having been raised by parents who are both deaf making her a CODA - Child of Deaf Adult(s). Being part of the deaf community her entire life and appreciating deaf culture, she advocates for deaf ASL teachers, volunteers in the deaf community, and runs an accessibility focused business, Sing & Sign Princess Parties. Vera talks about deaf accessibility in Canada and the foundations of sign language.
