Everybody has a story, and I would love to hear yours! Each story is unique, even when there are similarities among different lives. So feel free to email me if we haven't already connected to see if guest hosting would be a good fit.

If you have your own recording set up, we can set up a Zoom call and record separately. If you don't have a set up, no worries at all! I use a website called Zencastr which will record the call for you, all you need is a supported browser such as Google Chrome, and ideally a pair of non-bluetooth headphones. I typically budget about an hour and a half for a recording session, even though the actual episodes are around 45-55 minutes. Videos will not be recorded, and don't need to be used if that is your preferred method.

My recording schedule right now is typically Saturday afternoon/evening, Sunday morning/afternoon or weekdays around 7PM EST, but there's always some flexibility in that. I'm willing to schedule out two months if needed.
